If you're looking for a solid boat that is mechanically sound which needs some finishing touches to be restored to her former elegance, don't let this one pass you by!
She is currently undergoing renovation and all materials to complete the restoration will be included.
Last haul-out was about four years ago when current owners (second) bought her. She is due for another one soon with bottom to be re-painted and zincs replaced.
There is some wood rot in the areas above the berths which will need to be attended to.
The main deck is very solid with no soft spots. There are a few soft spots on the flybridge deck, which would benefit from being re-enforced.
The original fridge is currently not working and is being used for storage. A modern half-fridge has been added to the galley.
The 5kW Onan generator looks to be original and will need to either be repaired or replaced. There is plenty of room in the engine compartment for a brand new one.
The water heater should be checked. The current owners have not yet used it.
Some ceiling areas need to be replaced or repaired.
Sliding windows need to be removed with track repaired.
Not all engine instruments are functioning. Some need to be repaired or replaced.
The antenna for the chart plotter needs to be connected properly by a technician.
The engine electrical starting system needs to be cleaned up.
Overall, this classic beauty requires several small projects to be attended to and needs some tender loving care to be an absolutely exquisite and enviable yacht!
