All tools and materials go with boat and are currently in an air-conditioned offsite gear locker, which also contains sails and spares. The boat is empty of gear at the moment and ready to finish installation of equipment. Items are included but not installed are:
-- Electronic compass
-- VHF (still in box)
-- Balmar Alternator
-- Traveler
-- Two winches
-- Port side halyard locks

Consideration will be given to assist new owner in installing gear with a solid offer.
Water heater is installed but not connected to electrical system.
